On Receiving Photo Cards

The kids keep getting bigger, year after year, but the parents haven’t changed a bit.

Or have they?  (And I’m just in denial about everybody’s extra wrinkles and gray hairs, including my own?)

  1. When I first saw my old high school classmates on Facebook, my first – and rather surprising – thought was, “They look just like their mothers!”

Not long ago, with a quick glance at the bathroom mirror, I saw my own mother.

I don't know what that all means.

    🙂

  2. Yes, I thought the same thing…but since then, nobody has aged a single bit…perpetually 30ish.

  3. Well, Michelle, if I sent you a picture card I would be thanking you for your denial!!
