Murphy’s law, that is.
You know the law that says that if you shampoo the smelly rug and the ottoman where your daughter threw up, that someone else in your family is sure to begin vomiting in short order?
I can’t stand the smell of my family room, and as soon as everyone is up I plan to get out my Bissel.
I just hope there are no Murphy’s cops around to catch me!

A flight attendant friend of mine told me to sprinkle the area with coffee grounds. She said that is what they are taught to do on an airplane. The grounds absorb and mask the odor. Hope all are feeling better soon.
Some laws are made to be broken.

Too funny! We often have those incidents around here. We actually splurged and and our first ever couch purchase (we had a donated one for the first 4 years of marriage)was a leather one (well, it was on clearance because of a tear…), and vomit & poop clean up is a breeze now!

is is a detachable cushion? Can you just flip it over… that would be my solution–after I stuck it in the garage for a few days to air out. Or you can Febreeze the hell out of it! 🙂
