He’s been tall enough to do it for at least a month.
He’s been clever enough to do it for at least a few weeks.
Now, finally, he is strong enough to open doors.

Shoot and you know those door knob covers aren’t worth a dang…the kids figure those out quickly…or they just tear them off.
I’m right there with you. Tony is a total terror. We have those long handled door knobs that he has no trouble operating. Life as we know it is over for the time being!
Joey, in particular, takes offense to Tony’s now-ready access to his room, where heretofore he has been able to file away lego creations and other things relatively safely. Now Joey is learning about high shelves and, so far, Tony has not caught on. Let’s enjoy THAT while it lasts!
