Mommy, It’s a Renoir

This art appreciation tool for little kids is great. It’s also known as Child-Sized Masterpieces.

Here our some of our masterpieces:

A Girl With a Watering Can (Renoir)
by Katie

George Washington on a White Charger (unknown)
by Katie

The Gulf Stream (Homer)
by Fritz

  1. I like George Washington on his trusty steed the best! I hope you frame some of these mama! I have 3 such masterpieces framed in my kitchen! And Renoir ain’t got nothin’ on your child!Blessings,KM

  2. I second KM. When my older kiddos where younger, I tossed so many of their art pages, because it seemed I had a never ending supply. Every day, pages and pages of art, and in my frustration about not having a tidy home, I tossed nearly all of them. Now, my older kids do not make art much, and when they do, it has all the self-conciousness of a pre-teen. Gone are the uninhibited artists. Save a whole book full. I wish I did!(I have small children, too, but they copy their older siblings too much to just draw without comparing themselves. It just isn’t the same).
