Me: Mmmm? (As in: where are we going with this?)
Billy: Mom! Is Saint Nicholas Santa Claus?
Me: Yup. (Seriously: where are we going with this?)
Billy: Mom! Saint Nicholas is in Heaven!
Me: Yup. (This isn’t looking too good…)
Billy: That means Santa Claus is in Heaven!
Me: Yup. (Wow, good logic there, kiddo. There are some adults who can’t manage that.)
Billy: How does he get down here with all our presents?
Me: Do you believe in miracles? (Can we talk about this in December?)
Billy: I don’t know how he does it, but he does it…

Boy, that is funny. I wonder what made him think of Santa Claus. It was probably all those Christmas (excuse me, holiday, arrgh) catalogs that have started showing up in the mail! At least at my house.

Kate – yeah, maybe it was the catalogs that started showing up with Christmas scenes. I don’t know…all I wanted to do was make dinner, not talk about Santa!Amy – I’ve sent Danielle a few emails and I responded to a request she had for info on watching tv (which she used for an article in <>Faith and Family<> magazine). She checked out my blog, and I guess she liked it. I’m humbled and honored.
