Yep, that yeast makes a difference – just like baking soda in my pumpkin bread!>>By the way, if you don’t mind me asking, what recipe for dough do you use in the breadmaker? How many crusts does it make? I am looking for one I can make the dough, shape it, bake it part way, and then freeze them to be topped and completed later. We just got our new freezer and that’s something I’m looking for. And doing it in the bread machine sounds so nice and easy.
